Full design and Orchestration

You have the wedding of your dreams in mind but no idea where to start! You are not alone - so many couples find getting started the hardest step to take, but we are here to help! 

From day zero, we will take your vision and begin to turn it into a reality. Following an in depth consultation, we will produce mood boards, look books, samples of décor and stationary, short lists of venues and suppliers to discuss with you further.  We will be there every step of the way until the very last guest leaves. 

A more traditional package, it is the more typical event planning service you may have heard of. Usually 10 - 15% of the overall budget.

The Countdown

You've done most your planning but the day is getting closer and everything starts to become a little bit too stressful! Vendors are double checking fianl invoices or itinerary with you, the photography company is calling to run through last minute details, you're working a full time job AND trying to not become too stressed?

We can take the stress away and handle those last little details. From 3 months prior to your big day we will take the reins; by introducing ourselves to vendors we are able to be the middle man between vendors and yourself, giving you the space to breathe and enjoy those last months before the big day.

Venue Search

The venue search - you love it or hate it! Venue searching can be one of the most stressful parts of the wedding planning process. You know what you want, you have the vision, but you can't quite find it? That's where we can help! We take away all the hard work of trawling through website after website to find your perfect venue. 

After the initial consultation where we discuss your absolute must haves and (more importantly) what you don't want from your venue, we start the hunt of potential venues. We will produce a shortlist of venues we think could be your perfect match, ready for you to visit and choose the one!

On the day Coordination

Everything is in place and you're ready for the big day. But, do you want to be thinking of the comings and going of vendors and suppliers throughout the day? Theres no need! Our on the day coordination allows you to fully immerse yourself and family in the wedding day, while we take care of things behind the scenes. With no time contraints if you want us there 5am, we'll be there (with a coffee or two in hand)! A wedding day itinerary will be produced to show you where each vendor (and even each guest!) will be during the day, from the pre-service mania all the way to the last guest leaving. Allow us to take the strain on the big day.
